Dr. Jacob Klamut has been the heart of our dental practice since 2019, bringing a blend of superior clinical expertise and a warm, compassionate chairside manner to our office.
Born and raised in Elyria, Ohio, Dr. Klamut’s journey into dentistry was fueled by a profound dedication to healthcare and patient well-being.
Dr. Klamut’s academic journey began at Kent State University, where he graduated with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. His passion for dentistry led him to The Ohio State University, where he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2017. During his time at OSU, Dr. Klamut demonstrated leadership and commitment by serving on the executive board of the Psi Omega Dental Fraternity.
After earning his DDS, Dr. Klamut honed his skills for two years at a private practice in Ohio. In 2019 he fulfilled his dream of relocating to sunny Florida and joined Smile Cape Coral as lead dentist.
Dr. Klamut is dedicated to staying at the forefront of dental innovation and care. His commitment to continuous education is evident in his impressive array of specialized training including advanced training in implant placement, bone grafting, all-on-x, oral sedation, and dental printing.
Dr. Klamut has extensive experience with dental implants, implant-supported dentures, and all-on-x procedures. His skill and precision in these areas have transformed countless smiles, providing patients with renewed confidence and improved quality of life.
Outside the office, Dr. Klamut, his wife Jackie, their children Kennedy and Kamden, along with Golden Retrievers Captain and Coral enjoy an active life. The Klamut family is especially fond of spending time on the water and traveling. Dr. Klamut is deeply committed to giving back to the community. Each year he donates his time to provide dental care to needy Lee County area residents at the annual Smiles for the Community free day of dental care event.
